If you haven't yet been, you really need to get over to the new modern home 'subdivision' called 'Urban Reserve' in North Dallas.
Phenomenal layout, gorgeous homes (still being built!), and inventive architecture. It's a true breath of fresh air for Dallas, which tends to be too traditional for its own good.
